Beef Stroganoff

Whenever I make this meal, my family has seconds! It is soooo delicious!!

I found the recipe in this book! (It is one of my go-tos for a quick and easy meal!)

I did make a few small changes to the recipe. It says to use a skillet and I prefer to use a Dutch Oven.

You can also use Sirloin steak instead of Fajita meat. (I use the latter, because it comes pre-sliced and it saves me some time in the kitchen haha.)
